Quite some time ago there was a very detailed thread on the upgrading of those very S L O W wipers in Zeds.

I've tried the search without success so I'm hoping one of the club's gurus can point me in the right direction.

A low depression travelling south along the Queensland coast is dropping heavy falls of rain and the wipers on poor old "Precious" can't cope.

I am curious if any other model year Civic wiper motor has been used. I have been looking for a wrecked 1991 Civic for months now without success. How about a 90 or 92/93 etc? Anyone used a different model year other than the 94 mentioned?

I looked at the selection on RockAuto. The listing for a 92 Civic wiper motor should be the correct type for the modification that Dave described. It is $89.89 including the core charge.
