Don't ask. 3000 square feet on 2 acres of land will never be good enough for my wife so now we are going to look at 4000+ square feet on 1/4 of an acre. I am ok with this as long as I get a 4 car garage

Sweet, once you move in and you find her asking for an addition to the new house, just stare at her vacantly and say, "we used to have 2 acres to work with" . Hope it works out and thanks for the offer. I'll likely go on Saturday and will try and give you a heads up friday night.

I might be able to go with you tomorrow (Saturday). Somewhat dependent on where the car is located. I'm a bit south of Stockton, and while willing to get up to Sacramento, I'm not so sure about another 20 / 30 miles north or east.

I'll check my profile and see if it is up to date.

Thanks guys but change of plans. Just found out, like an hour ago, I won't be moving to Texas. So no rush to buy a new Z. Not tomorrow anyway .

Oh the carnage! I cannot believe the housing market! I looked at a 2million dollar home today that they begged me to buy for $800K and they would throw in the $25K worth of model home furniture. Has a lapping pool and hot tub as well as an outdoor BBQ and fireplace. Down below the pool is a chipping and putting hole that spans the length of the back yard. It has a small wetlands area in the middle of it with a bridge you have to walk over to get to the hole after you chip. The RE agent asked me if I golf and I said "badly." He nearly choked on his coffee... Nice... But I would need a map to get back from the bathroom if I had to pee in the middle of the night and that is from the master bath attached to the master bedroom!

Wetlands!? ! Tell me you bought that joint dude.

I wish. I would qualify but I need my wife to have a more steady income. Otherwise the house owns me if you know what that means. Still looking...
