Wow! I took my '70Z to the Cars & Coffee show before the MSA event. It really is an incredible showing of cars. And they LOVED my Z! You wouldn't believe how many times I overheard people say, "that car must be worth over $100K" as they were walking by.

I was just kidding you know. I was kind of refering to that incredible looking Aston Martin I parked next to. What a sweet car.

So, back to the original subject of the thread.... Did anyone actually attend the "Z-Enthusiast Reunion" at MSA on Saturday?

I went... There was a pretty good turn out, and a lot of fun. I'd say at least 150 Z's. I attached a couple of pictures. Unfortunately, I didn't realize I picked up my daughters camera and it had a smudge on the lens. But you'll get the idea. Hopefully there were others that went with better pics.

Heck yeah we went...it was a nice event, no nationals but still nice. I hope they go back the the park next year. There lots of the guys from this board at the event and it was great meeting many of them.

So what happened? I missed the gathering because I had to work. Got to drive slowly down Collins a few times in my work truck throughout the day to rubberneck though. I was sure there'd be something still happening at 5:00, when I got off- but it was like a ghost town; not a Z in sight. No problem, I'll just head to the Hooters for the Saturday Z Night Event, which is supposed to start at 5:00....

Nope, no one there either. Bum out.

Yea i was kinda bummed too...it felt more like a bbq at the neighbors house

than a show. still, all in all a good turnout of Z's and got to talk to a few friends
