This includes any rebuilds, re motored, custom etc, as long as it holds the body shape.

Well, Brad Frisselle's IMSA Z car was sold a couple of years ago. They were asking $275k for it, but I am not sure if it sold for that.

I'd venture to say that a Z432-R in any condition would be at the top of the early Z food chain. Hard to say what one would be worth, as I've never heard of one for sale.

Were afraid to add the receipts but are pretty sure they went over 6 figures. Build pics in Picasa link.

It seems that this thread has gotten away from Zedrally's original question. His question was what was the most that was ever paid for a Zed. Which I interpret as what was the most a Zed ever sold for and not how much an individual has on spent his or her Zed. Obviously, just because someone spends a truck load of money on a car doesn't mean it's worth that much. A car is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

This thread would be a lot more interesting if actual sales data is posted rather than how much someone has spent on their car.

What ls1 engine mounts did you use?

The rear panel is the best rear panel design I have seen. Have you ever made any and sold them? Would you?

What coating did you use for the various silver looking hardware pieces under the hood such as the master cylinder body, hood latch, accessory light, etc?

I don't think that's 'Larry's car' but one that the shop he worked at built. (If it is Larry's car, I apologize, but I seem to recall that the owners name was Greg.) I remeber seeing it on HybridZ about a year or so ago. I agree that the crux of this thread has escaped a few of the posters. Shoot him a PM, John. I'm sure he'll tell you all about it.
