March 2, 201015 yr comment_311195 That's the ignition module in post #10. The fuel pumps are self priming, it just takes a little time to start it when the tank is empty. March 2, 201015 yr comment_311213 Nissan calls it a 'transistor ignition unit'. If you have the 76 manual, look on pages EE-33 through EE-38 in the Engine Electrical System section.
