Now just a thought, but Harada ( one of the big power antenna co's )

used to make a standard power antenna that fit the Z real well, and you had

the option of the standard chrome/stainless steel antenna or the Black option.

the only difference in the part number was a "B" at the end..like MX6-B or

whatever the part number was.

**UMM** quick note, doing a google search for Harada brings up the

antenna co. and also a large supply of images of a model named

Ourei Harada ....please dont be distracted by this...that is for the boobs thread..

i don't see the manufacturer's name listed, but $69.99 free shipping, and an extra mast.

I have both on my vehicles and while both work okay, prefer the retractable antenna primarily because it gets the object out of the way whenever I want to put a car cover over my car and the non retractable option occasionally gets in the way when I am washing the car.

I really only want the antenna to be visible when I am listening to the radio.
