FOR SALE/1973-240z

Up for sale is a 1973 Datsun 240z with 85,724 original miles. Ipurchased this car in August of 2001 with the intention of restoring it. The previuos owner left this car uncovered in the Boston area for 8 years so it does have the typical rust associated with these early model z's. Fortunately the damage is not that extensive. Areas that need to be addressed are the drivers side rocker panel, right front fender and a few spots of surface rust. The dash is cracked and should be replaced or restored and I have a brand new set of carpets that came with the car but have not installed. The engine runs well but the carbs are out of sync. Previous owner replaced one of the carbs and I haven't gotten around to getting it in sync with the other one.

I started to unbolt the right front fender to replace it but lost the garage I was renting and the bolts were rusted through so the fender still needs to be replaced. The rust damage is at the bottom back side of wheel well and could easily be patched.

The miles are actual and I have a clear Massachusetts Title.
