November 6, 200222 yr comment_18329 If you are looking for new ones, try Too Intense Restorations as they have them on their web-site and recently had them up for auction on Ebay.Or try Andy Russell at emailus@zcarsofarizona.comMSA might still have new sets also. November 6, 200222 yr comment_18340 The true 73 side markers had rubber boots attached to the rubber mounting pad. Sadly, these are NLA from most sources, (at least as of 4 months ago). If you are looking for 73 specific be aware of this as the 70-72 did NOT have the rubber boot covering the backs of the reflectors or the wiring. November 6, 200222 yr comment_18363 I will dig in my garage.... I filled in the holes for mine, and threw them back into a corner. I didn't want them, I thought they looked dorkey... If I can find them they are yours. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/3492-side-marker-lights/#findComment-18363 Share on other sites

November 19, 200222 yr comment_19333 Also keep in mind that the marker lights from the early cars will have different connections than the '73.I have a spare set (not in that good condition) that I tried to use on my '71 and the connectors (although both bullet type connectors) were different and would require a little re-wiring at the light to make work. November 19, 200222 yr comment_19353 I replaced my front side marker light in my '75 Z about three years ago. I only replaced the reflector/socket portion with an early Z unit that didn't have the rubber boot housing.I mearly pulled out what I needed and inserted it into my existing boot. It fit perfectly and mounted in the fender correctly.I do remember having to futz with the wiring connection a bit but it wasn't difficult and I have no problems with it so far.Rob Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/3492-side-marker-lights/#findComment-19353 Share on other sites
