Posted March 12, 201015 yr comment_312239 so my R200 differential has been making loud noises so i bought a new one on tuesday. on wednesday my bad R200 got dislocated going from neutral into 1st. this weekend my friend is going to bring his tools over to help me put in the new R200. does anyone have information about the size/metal/strength of the yoke flange bolts? they were missing when i looked at the drivetrain.my engine is an L28, my transmission is a 5 speed, and the diff is the 3.7 ratio if it helps.also any other useful tips on installing a rear differential would be greatly appreciated. There must have been at least two bolts in place for it to drive at all. Do not go to a hardware store for the bolts get the correct ones from a parts house.Describe what you mean by dislocated, sounds like you are talking about the transmission not the diff.
