March 26, 201015 yr comment_313793 Yes, the 4x114.3 (4 x 4.5) will fit, and the offset is correct. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/35157-painting-my-260z/?&page=2#findComment-313793 Share on other sites

March 28, 201015 yr comment_314037 For that type of color, it might be easier to ask for Grabber Green (early '70's Ford Maverick) or the similar green used on the 'Cudas and Dusters in the early '70s. Codes for those colors are probably easier to come by than for Kawasakis. Although - Krylon used to have a color they called "Jungle Green" that was widely used in the mid-80s as touch up paint for Kawi off-road machines. March 28, 201015 yr Author comment_314047 well I decided on paint 302 #4935M Green Leaf Metallic I think it looks pretty nice in the paint chip samples I have seen under Datsun colors. Can anyone tell me how this color really looks.here is the link I found the color under 260z and 280z Iam a little confused the one picture shows kinda pale look and the other picture shows more of a rich green which color is the real color.http://www.zhome.com/History/ZColorGallary/index.html Edited March 28, 201015 yr by Oregon260z Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/35157-painting-my-260z/?&page=2#findComment-314047 Share on other sites
March 28, 201015 yr comment_314075 You can see it on my car in my web site. Lots of pictures. I will tell you one thing about this color code 302, I have not seen any places that have in their codes. I would like to get some spray cans of it and I have not seen any. I think I can get some custom cans mixed if I take a piece of the car that is painted to some one to scan it. My car is the original color you are looking for. I think it's a great color and it seems a very rear original color. March 28, 201015 yr comment_314078 Something to consider - any metallic color is probably not going to look its best unless sprayed carefully. Might not be the best choice if you plan to stick with the method you have been doing with the white. March 28, 201015 yr Author comment_314080 Arne, I went and bought a good gravity feed gun and made a sealed booth in my garage with 2 heat lamp setups. Mgood, I have all the paint mix numbers that make that color and found a place that can make it so Iam still checking into it.
