Posted March 28, 201014 yr comment_313927 Hey guys, I live way over in Barbados in the Caribbean. Buddy and I are in love with the 240z soo much that were on the hunt for one here in Barbados but now the bad news are they are only two here that everyone know of. One a body work man has and he says he isn't selling it and the other I've heard the guy isn't selling either and it is rusted badly. So we've decided to purchase on from overseas and bring in to our shore. Anyone knows where is a good place to purchase a 240z in good condition? Can someone please post some links to some awesome 240z build threads? He wants to build one with a RB25 skyline meanwhile I would like to build one with a big block chevy V motor.Whats the biggest chevy motor that was ever swapped into a 240z?Where can body kits or body parts be bought from for the 240z?Hope this isn't too much questions if it is I'm awfully. I'm willing to learn just about anything about the infamous 240zThanks In Advance Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/35223-240z-build-thread/ Share on other sites
March 28, 201014 yr comment_313930 Hey, Prowler. What's the tax situation in Barbados? You may want to look at various Craig's lists, primarily in the SW US. Ebay can also be a source, but be careful and get the car(s) inspected before you part with any serious money. This is the premier website for the classic Zs, but we're mostly oriented toward stock or slightly modified cars. As for V-8 engine swaps, you'd be better off checking with HybridZ. MSA (Motorsports Auto) is one source for body kits, but there are others. Hope that helped! We can't import a complete car over a certain age here so it'll have to be stripped and imported as a rolling chassis. Once it doesn't have in the motor, its computer nor harness everything should be good. Right now any and everything helps. All I know about these are that they are AWESOME cars Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/35223-240z-build-thread/#findComment-313931 Share on other sites
