So what prices do these fetch in japan?

This one had a buy it now price of 21,000 usd but he had no bids. This particular one came with a G18  4 cylinder engine. So its not a rocket ship.

For those that are unfamilar with the Jaguar XKE Wagon above:  It was a custom made prop for the quirkie cult film "Harold and Maude", staring Bud Cort and Ruth Gordon.  One of Ruth Gordon's finest performances.  :)

 

Its on my top 10 list.  :)
