Posted April 12, 201015 yr comment_315780 Stumbled upon this. Description is poor, but the pics look promising IMO. I'd look into buying it personally if I had the money or space, but I don't. Thought I'd pass it along.http://fresno.craigslist.org/cto/1681707018.html Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/35442-clean-looking-series-1-on-fresno-cl/ Share on other sites

April 12, 201015 yr comment_315802 Look at the vents on the hatch, this is a 70, unless the hatch has been replaced. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/35442-clean-looking-series-1-on-fresno-cl/#findComment-315802 Share on other sites
April 12, 201015 yr comment_315806 Lots of cars that were "officially" sold and registered as '71s were Series 1 cars, Stephen. Indeed, there may have been more '71 Series 1s than '70s. Series 1 production totaled close to 20k cars. Any car built 9/70 or later was generally considered to be a '71 model year, so according to the cars in the zhome.com register that means that any car after #9000 was probably a '71. So there were probably close to 11k '71 Series 1's compared to 9k '70 Series 1's.
