Finished a couple of weekends ago my first HPDE driving school.

The Tarheel Sports Car club did a terrific job running the school and gave me a very good instructor name Norbert Watts. I had a blast!!!!

A couple of disappointments were that I only hit 115 mph AND I was driving on a defective throw out bearing. Glad I made it home with the traffic in Fredericksburg. The next morning the clutch was on the floor. UGH!!

But it all worked out and the car is running now better than it ever did.:classic:

I hope to get back there in the fall.
