Perhaps a call would be in order... You could ask him about the parts used from the other cars... and/or the meaning of "construction"...

I don't think the car "sold"... rather it went to its starting bid.. most likely put in by the seller {yes/no?}..

I don't recall ever seeing HLS30-00094 before. $28,000...interesting. I suppose if I ever advertised Her Majesty or Princess Ziesta I would say something like "new engine". Both cars had complete rebuilds. But $28k seems like a good deal and definitely worth looking at.

Keep that collection going, Mike. I sure don't have a complete record of early cars like I do of Vintage Zs or Z432s.

Here is a blown up picture from the old craigslist ad. I don't see anything special about the headers, just another old set of 6 into 1.

Well, welcome to the site (and the low VIN club). We love to see pictures of cars, so feel free to post some of your new acquisition when you get a chance. Funny, I have heard of people googling their own name or someone they are dating, but never heard of googling your VIN#. I guess it makes sense though.
