73 240z Honda wiper conversion

I have converted to the Civic wiper motor and somewhere I found the link to somebodies wiring diagram using a relay that made it so all functions of the motor worked (off, interminent, low and high plus washers). They would work but only once in awhile. I thought I finally found my problem and was putting it back together when now all I have is the washers and high. I can hear the factory relay (the one that the interminent and low runs through) cycling (clicking about every 8-10 sec). I can't get it to do anything else. I think the factory relay has given up the ghost. Is there someone out there that has an additional wiring diagram that by-passes the factory relay?
