The engine is all back together however I last the diagram on the path of these hose. Can anyone help? They come around the back of the L26 from the engine side (passenger) of the engine..

Those coolant hoses go to the intake. They are on my 240Z, but not on my 260Z. If you don't see the lines to connect them to the intake, I would just short circuit them.

What Steve said. It came around the back of the engine, through the intake manifolds and then was piped back in at the thermostat housing on my 240Z. I'm not exactly sure why there is a Tee with two outlets though.

The two hoses are coolant hoses that connect to the carburetor and intake manifold to heat them. This is mostly an emission control issue.

If you live in a warm climate you can get away without them. In a cold climate you might need to let the car warm up a long time before you can drive the car without hesitations and stumbles.

For best power leave them disconnected.
