Went to take it down this afternoon for it check,

well I didn't make it, look like the fuel line sucked something into it,

engine wont run long with out fuel to the carby..

I'll look at getting a new line made up, I need a larger one anyway to supply more fuel for when I upgate to my turbo..

Sunday I blew the line out (air compressor),

I let it fill with fuel and used the air, this pushed every thing out, did this 4 times, one way, 4 times the other, and 3 the original way, nice and clean now,

took it down to get inspected today, passed first time

get rego on it tomorrow,

drive around tomorrow night..

I'm very happy, but I may have a dud rear wheel bearing, theirs a noise, need to track it down

are you looking at making your own lines or have them made up? i ended up buying a roll of 5/16" (i think) pipe, but i am yet to find a decent (and cheap) pipe bender to make it up

bought a cheap one from super cheap (has a bar that bends it over a roller), but that was rubbish and just bent the pipe.

I havent decides yet. but talking about a bender, i have seen some that my brother used on copper pipe, and where I work, it like a spring that slids over the pipe, it works very nicely with copper. not sure of steel,

I need to investigate

can I ask where you brough yours ?

i grabbed my pipe from my local auto parts shop - peps auto (but found an online website selling it.. i think i paid a lot more for mine: https://www.americanautos.com.au/cgi-bin/fccgi.exe?w3exec=aap.control&formname=category&newform=groups&option=070e&session=15061167073467)

i have seen the spring ones before but wasn't sure how well they would work in tight 90 degree curves, i was thinking of trying one of these next: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/3-1-TUBE-BENDER-Pipe-Curving-Pliers-Brake-Fuel-Line-/250633765351?cmd=ViewItem&pt=AU_Building_Materials&hash=item3a5aefc1e7

Its cheap enough to waste some money on, if it doesnt work
