Posted May 18, 201014 yr comment_320084 In the area under the rocker, behind the dogleg and directly below the forward door frame, there are parts of the body panel that terminate there that basically form doublers and pockets. I am working on repairing that area and wanted to ask if anyone has cut these pieces off and left them out. I am not talking about anything structural as these are welded in place above the area I am talking about cutting out. I will try to post pictures later but I figure enough people have repaired this area to know what I am talking about. Thanks. May 18, 201014 yr comment_320139 Those areas are structural and form the connection between the firewall/cowl boxes and the rockers. Repair them properly and don't leave stuff out.
