Why is the Z community so fragmented?

I am older (66) and not too computer savvy. Have been patrolling various sites for the last 12 months or so looking for information from mature sounding folk regarding 240Zs. This site is my favourite by far. I get fed up on other sites reading crap.

My 240 is not stock.I fitted power steering and four pot calipers and vented discs to the front. Apart from that it's pretty stock and a nice drive.-- :beer:
