Fitted my new 240 relay harness from Dave Irwin a couple of days ago . What a difference. I fitted new 100/90 bulbs and did a Club run in the rain on Sat. night.

With the lights on, yes. Less current is being used to drive the lights (parasitic loss) , so more current is available for other electrical components.

Glad you're happy with it Brian. And it's also good to know that the HLH can still be mounted on a RHD Zed and just connect it's power wire to the Starter instead of the battery.
