Hello.

Last 19 to 21th of March 2010 went down in Lisbon, Portugal, another edition of the Vintage Classic Car Motorshow.

My Club here in Portugal dedicated to the Classic Japanese Cars, sent me an invitation to exibt my Nissan Skyline 2400GT in the room, and the car was there for all the exibition, side by side with another great vintage sedan from a friend of mine, a Classic Toyota Crown Super Deluxe, that is in top condition.

Here's some photos of the event, hope you like them.

Regards

Jorge

Very NICE 2400GT!!!!!

I have a RHD 1969 GC10 in Japan. My pictures are in CarDomain. Havent posted any of my car pics in here. Mine was parked for about 25 years inside too. 36500km And bought from the original owner.

I would love to have some LHD 2400gt stuff. Especially the tail lights. Because yours have a yellow turn signal. They look very much like the Japanese GL 1800 and below c10 (4cylinder model Hakosuka lights) except the Japanese ones are 3 red squares on each side. 2000GT ones are 2 Red squares. 1969 and 1970 4 door GT GC10s are one rectangular red light with back up light. Back up light not in the rear bumper like yours.

Love to chat with you sometime!

Hi.

Nice to see that in the other side of the world it's another 1970's Skyline alive and kikking !

36500 Km's ? Very low millage too !

My car has only about 8.500km's...It's almost a miracle, but it's true, because it was a Nissan show car that was placed at rest for almost 20 years, and was placed in a small island...So, it couldn't go very far, unless it could swim

Please post some photos of your car as soon as possible :bulb: !

Parts for these cars are almost impossible to get...I had many troubles just to find the original side badges ( Skyline GT ), and when I travel with the car I almost have nightmares if some idiot crashes the car at my rear, because the tail lights must be very hard to get again.....:ermm:

I now need a new exaust, since the one I have it's still the original part, but it will have to be hand-made, since there are no exausts available for this car anymore....I will make it in stainless steel this time.

If you want to chat please add my Hotmail email to your msn : vwcarocha1959@hotmail.com

Cheers

Jorge
