73 240z exhaust manifold stud TQ

Hi,

This is my first time posting But I'm stuck and need help I'm rebuilding the eng in my 240 and had the head reworked I'm putting in new exhaust studs but cant find the TQ of the studs into the head and the nuts for the manifold. Any help would be great.

thanks for the reply I'm also looking for the TQ of the stud into the head. any ideas
