Posted July 25, 201014 yr comment_326394 Has anybody used one of these to make mulitiple power connections from your battery power terminal? StreetWire FBXM68? http://www.crutchfield.com/S-JBzEyNMMd9Y/p_211FBXM68/StreetWires-FBXM68.html In todays world of cell phones - nav - upgraded sound systems - Daves wiring harnesses - radar detectors - IPODS - there must be a organized way to pull power from your battery and feeding accessories without the engine bay looking like a mess. ------------------------- Also - while we are at it: Wirthco 30200 Fuse Tap Kit - agc With a lot of todays electronics we have to pull a power source from the fuse block as well as pull continual power from the battery. Has anybody found anything better than this to use to pull power from the fuse block? http://www.amazon.com/Wirthco-30200-Fuse-Tap-Kits/dp/B000CQDRSE ------------------------- Thanks in advance for sharing your idea's and photos! July 26, 201014 yr comment_326466 And don't forget that if you power directly off the battery:1) you will definitely want to fuse it properly AND 2)remember that your ammeter will reflect a larger charge rate simply because of the added draw directly from the battery that is NOT going through the rest of the electrical system.FWIWE Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/36604-power-distributon-hardware-share-your-ideas/#findComment-326466 Share on other sites
