Posted August 3, 201014 yr comment_327056 I have a fuel leak from the line that goes from the fuel pump to the tank, on my 76 Z. Can I replace this line with just a standard fuel hose? or does it need to be a fuel injection hose? August 3, 201014 yr comment_327058 I would rather be safe than sorry and spring the extra few bucks for the fuel injection hose. From the line coming in under the hood, to the filter and up to the rail, its all fuel injection line. I also suggest getting the correct fuel injection clamps instead of hose clamps. Dont ask me how I know this Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/36668-fuel-leak-from-tank-76-280z/#findComment-327058 Share on other sites

Only because I couldn't find a 7/16th's fuel injection hose, and what do the fuel injection clamps look like? Thanks for the help! August 3, 201014 yr Author comment_327065 I just looked up the hose clamps and they almost look like the T-bolt hose clamps I'm using on my del sol's radiator hoses seen here.. Would something like this be acceptable for the fuel lines? Also I just did a bit of poking around for a 7/16ths hose, and found that apparently older rx7's have the same issue, to which is the hose i need to replace on a low pressure side? If it is shouldnt the regular 7/16ths fuel hose be alright?
