paypal refund . You essentially paid by cheque ( cash ) and now have to rely on the big

ebay / paypal robot to help you ! :tapemouth . Through a credit card you can speak to

a ( gasp ) real live human !! :eek:

I can't tell you how many (hundreds) of transactions I have made with Paypal pulling from my checking. Never had an issue. You are right though. Credit cards are better for resolutions.

I started a dispute through Paypal. I'm not sure what will happen, if anything. Lesson learned.

In any case, it appears Too Intense Restorations is still up and orders can be placed on the Datsunstore website but they don't deliver anything.? It needs to get shut down somehow.

Police report and call to the attorney general's office... They will instruct you on how to proceed. Use the words 'web fraud' and tell them you have filed a police report.
