Fuel, air & spark. If the engine is turning over, one of the three is missing.

For an engine that didn't have a pre-existing problem when it was parked 60 days ago, my first guess would be fuel.

I don't know anybody else here but with the guys I came up with, turning over means the starter is turning the engine rotating assembly. If the crank ain't turning then it isn't "turning over" ;)

ditto: engine needs fuel, spark, compression. So you have DC, ok now check for spark at the spark plugs, if ok then check fuel (is you're tank full? do you have fuel at the cabs ect) than compression, this you would check last. :paranoid::stupid:
