Thanks for all the advice guys, the problem is now fixed. I got a new OEM cylinder from MSA and picked up the BLJ-320 brake line from O'Reilly. Just put on a pair of gloves and used my breaker bar to bend the tube around it without pinching the line.

FYI, that line is FROZEN in the old cylinder. It has soaked in PBlaster for hours. I have tried the flare wrenches, vice grips, hit it with the blow torch to expand and break it free. It's not coming out.

But it's all good.
