Recommended Posts

Hello,

I am looking for new or used condition original vacuum hose from check valve to intake manifold on 1969-1/1971 Datsun 240Z (Series 1) It does not have to be braided ones as long as it is Nissan hose.

Any help would be appreciated.

Would you return it unharmed?

John

Of course!

We just need to get the right curve and length.

Rest of hoses are almost ready to go.

It will take up to 2 months so, I can buy your old one or borrow old one.

Please let me know!

For your info, currently we are working on..........

We are in process of making master vacuum hoses.

1. From the master vac to check valve

1973 one has longest end towards check valve, and that is what we are making so you can cut the end depending on the car.

2. From the check valve to intake will be 2 different versions.

1. For Series 1 intake

2. For Series 2 and 3 intake

More than likely, we are going to sell them indevisually......

Esprist,

It might be worth clarifying that these repro Master Vac hoses will be for LHD applications, and that they will not work with RHD cars.

Cheers,

Alan T.

Yes sure!

I just had a plan meeting with a factory, and I should have follwing in few months.

1. Master Vacuum <-> Check valve

(It will come in 1973 model length (73 one is 1" longer than pre 73)

2. Check valve <-> Series 1 intake

3. Check valve <-> Series 2 intake

Braided finish will match the rest of our braided hose series.:)

A few questions:

Where these ever produced?

I need to replace my master vac hoses for the series 1. I tried Nissan and they are NLA as many of you know. I do not need the braided type or fancy part just need reinforced hose that is the correct fit. What does everyone else do? Is there a generic solution?
