Posted October 14, 201014 yr comment_333461 I've got a absolutely stock 1970 240Z, one owner. It was my mother in laws. All the papers. Very little if any rust Interior redone, original patina and paint. Only change is a new OEM antenna w/ its motor. Entire drive train broken down and reworked by the Nissan dealer, last summer. Its an automatic transmission. They were amazed at the condition. It has been A garage car. The first 20 years in San Jose Ca.# HLS30-9516.My wife doesn't want it in the garage any longer. It will be for sale with all the photos soon. How many photos are necessary and I'll photograph the small, small dents in the body. October 15, 201014 yr Author comment_333468 Coeur d'Alene. Digital photos are easy. More and more and more. The undercarriage sparkles and the floor boards are solid. Clock wasn't rewound and the odometer is intermittent but other than that all the gauges were removed and cleaned, even the speedo. Nissan did a real nice job to bring the stock up to date without ANY changes. I put in new carpets and had the seats rebuilt to match the original. The dash has a crack. Pulled the eigine and polished the compartment, what a difference between it and the somewhat faded exterior. Even the carbs were refurbished with stock parts and cleaning. I look forward to the photos even the exterior sore points, Small, small, small. October 15, 201014 yr Author comment_333469 the yellow is sure pretty, just like the GTOs, 442s and Camaros of the middle 60's. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/37392-1970-240z-absolutely-stock/#findComment-333469 Share on other sites
