Fresh Engine, Z-Therapy Carbs... I knew my Air Box would stand out like a sore thumb once this all went back together. Thanks to some help from Guy's previous threads, this project was a breeze. Decals sourced from Banzai Motorworks (MD).

Block came back, looked great. Only had my engine builder in the US for a few days, so rather than waiting on Paint, we went ahead and rebuilt it. Paint is on order through Les now, and I'll be taping this off for paint this weekend.

Its been a while since you updated this thread I almost forhpgot about it. The engine looks good, cleaning up really well.

Is there any part of the car your not working onLOL. I admire your effort and time frame for this rebuild.

Wow, its looking really good! I always love to watch projects like this come to reality. Kinda makes you think anything is possible.

Nice pictures man! I gotta do the cleaner also, forgot that i have full bottle of paint remover That makes the job a tad easier.

Between the two concurrent projects my garage looks like a bomb went off.

Man it's cold in that garage! Finally got the block painted, freeze plugs in, and finished up. Cleaned up the Roadster Transmission, which also needed the shifter rebuilt (parts from Rallye Enterprises). Pulled the 4-Speed from the car, and dropped in the rebuilt motor & transmission. Also managed to get the Z-Therapy carbs bolted up. The fuel hoses that came with them appear to be kinked, so I'll need to reach back to ZTherapy there. Looking forward to having this back on the road. Valve cover is finally off getting powder coated. Still need to locate a crank pulley. Keep getting bogged down in whether or not there are two different versions of the L28 pulley still available, and what their P/N's are. It's my understanding the L24 pulleys are NLA. Photos to follow later in the week.
