The part number looks like 16061-E4310. Courtesy Nissan has 'em in stock for $14.69 each.

EDIT: This was the first time that I successfully used the on-line microfiche (http://carfiche.com/fiche009/s30/index.pl?1:b:1). It took a lot of hunting and pecking to find the part number, but it was there.

thanks for the try but those are not the right ones any other ideas?
Not right how? That is the part number for the '71 floats, and the picture in the fiche matches the cone-shaped ones in my '71. What makes you think they are wrong?

When I needed floats earlier this year I searched everywhere and only found 1 special order through O'Rielly. The distributor said they are not producing them any longer.

If they are the same as the 70 floats you may have a hard time finding them.

Good Luck.

I'm on it!! Good news is I'm on it!! Bad news is there aint some!! We know of no sources for these floats as of about 6 months ago.

If this remains an availability issue for the foreseeable future I'm going to say this once and once only.... Do not soak your compsite floats in carb cleaner unless you want to carve new ones out of balsa or some such.

Our inventory is limited in used but we are controlling the sales of those so we don't run out.
