Heater hook up

Hey guys

I'm finally getting my heater core hooked up. Can some one confirm for me that the lower hose is the intake (the longer hose) and the upper is the return (the one that goes to the block) on a 280z. I just need to know prior to hook up.

You would be correct sir...see picture attached...picture is from from a 76 280Z (Reference pictures libarary) Memory has a bad habit of fading over time :tapemouth...so always good to find reference pictures to refer to down the road...
