January 13, 201114 yr comment_341961 You remove them from the piece of hardware it controls. You cannot possibly get to the back of the heater cables on the center console before you remove the center console. Good Luck Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/38124-heater-core-cables/?&page=2#findComment-341961 Share on other sites
January 24, 201114 yr comment_343269 This is a pic of what the cables look like behind your controls. I have to get the FSM to tell you which goes where. I forget. is there a backside picture of the heater switch? the two cables in the backside of this snapped off. i'm trying to see if there were circular clamps to hold the cable housing in place like it does on the topside. if it does, i'm screwed cause mine is missing them. January 25, 201114 yr comment_343279 In the picture you re-posted there is a pretty clear shot of the Heater Switch. It is the electrical component on the lower left of the pic. There are no cables that connect to the Heater Switch. Does that clarify things?E Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/38124-heater-core-cables/?&page=2#findComment-343279 Share on other sites
