Your car was probably built factory turbo charged but anyone could of stuck in a non-turbo engine.
I think that has alredy been established.
Worst if someone wanted to get creative, a turbo BOOST gauge, Turbo shifter label, To look cool.
But that isn't when happened here, look at the label. However it happened, this really was a turbo car that now has a non turbo engine.

Everyone has been talking about the engine. What are your plans for the interior? Your dash is cracked, yes, but it is not lost. What colour are you planning to make it? What is the rust situation on the car?

hi everyone

i was out of town and just went back last week, yesterday i started to sand it

it has a los of rust and dents but i want to learn to fix those details by myselfl, also i want to learn how to fix the interior (dashboard) i will pull out the engine and dissasembly it to fix the smoking. i will be posting updates.

Post some pics of the body. Look closely around the lower parts of the fenders. Check under the carpet, spare tire location etc. You could have your hands full. Look closely at the two long supports under the car.
