February 3, 201114 yr comment_344397 That's too funny..... the guy must be a frustrated body man!! That's a body man's timetable. His floor space must not cost him anything. February 3, 201114 yr comment_344404 Are all of us 240Z owners old guys and getting older? Too bad, we have a lot to offer. Palma Drive sounds like the right guy in somewhat of an industrial area. Hint, if you offer to pay him the full bill up front maybe the process can be accelerated. February 3, 201114 yr comment_344407 Have you talked to Micheal at Sunwest Motors? He's in Ventura on Palma Dr. and may be the same guy esmit208 is refering too. If you'd like to give him a call, his number is 805-644-9644. I live in Ventura and have had him as my ONLY Z mechanic for 22 years.By the way, if you're in a BIG hurry you'd better let him know in advance because he likes to take his time and do the job right. I've never had to return my car to him for not fixing it the first time. He's that good.Tell him Rob refered you to him.Yeah Gunner Sunwest Motors sounds like the shop I went to. Does C-Street still crank out machined right handers?. Those were some good times! Stay in touch! I gave him a $1500.00 up front ( big mistake) two years ago. My car is now worse than when I brought it there thanks to an accident he had "testing" something. All in all as I said Mike is a really nice guy but not getting the job done.
