No idea where the pic came from.

OK , so year could be wrong but What is It?

No, it isn't that on but it does show up on the site you linked as a 'Prince Sprint 1963 model'. Appears to be the same picture in deadflo's post. It's about 19 cars down the page.

The Sprint was a concept car from 1963 that never went into production, it was powered by the powered by the 1862cc 83hp OHV GB-30 4cyl. Gloria engine.

It has some obvious similarities to the Z, what about three years before the Z project began? Think some of those Prince engineers who worked on this likely had some role in the later effort?
