No, it isn't that on but it does show up on the site you linked as a 'Prince Sprint 1963 model'. Appears to be the same picture in deadflo's post. It's about 19 cars down the page.

It has some obvious similarities to the Z, what about three years before the Z project began? Think some of those Prince engineers who worked on this likely had some role in the later effort?
