Best Burger Grilling?

Ground chuck 85% lean, pattie up loosely not tightly compressed about 1 1/2" thick, put a depression in the middle of the patty with your thumbs about 1/2 the size of the patty, do not use salt until it's done, cook over high heat so you get a nice crust (do not press down with the spatula that leads to dry and tough), flip, if you want cheese put it on now. Place in a good (not a "Wonderbread-type"...more like a Kaiser roll) toasted bun. Enjoy. Have a nice microbrew like a FatTire with it...heaven.

Cheers, Mike

Is this how the "trolling" thing works? Go find a site, join up and try to start an argument/discussion? Seems pretty odd, but that's the internet. "Marketing position with ZCCA" is bait, I assume? Fascinating, but disturbing.

At least you put some effort in to the avatar, although it's probably stolen from another site. How many different sites do you typically hit in a week?

Amusing aside - avatar view-blocking only works when you are logged in. The avatars are visible to the general public. Some sites show avatars only to logged-in members.

I changed my post because you guys were taking it the wrong way. I joined this site because of rekindled interest in my z car – getting it ready for the national convention. I did not say I work for Chris Karl or ZCCA. I am designing several graphics for the ZCCA nation convention this summer to include: logo (my avatar, website), ads, T-shirts, hats, coins, etc. to promote the meet. The statement was meant to confirm my genuine interest in z cars. Great way you have of welcoming a new member.

How is one supposed to take the comment, "Right. Is that because my Z is faster than his? Or maybe he doesn't like the logo I designed for the national ZCCA meet?" or your statement which read "Marketing position with ZCCA" before you changed it? Based on those I think that you've got a real nerve to comment about how we 'welcome' people.....Maybe you should try your approach on the Mazda or Ferrari sites and see how they 'take it'.

My above comment was after being called a troll. I think Miata people would not be so quick to snap & would not have name-called in the first place. Ferrari people are used to members with egos.
