Today I tried to post some parts for sale in the classified section. When I clicked on SUBMIT a pop up window said that I have to provide an external link for my pictures. I could go no further since I am not using an external link.

Note I used the browser function to upload pictures.

I think you can upload the pictures here and link to them to the ad.

The ad input form has a browser upload for pictures which is what I used. Seems redundant to have a form that also requests a link to pictures. I don't understand why it is asking for a link when I used the upload browser to up load pictures.

Anyway, I am not going to spend hours adding and linking pictures.

I had the same problem: I have these beautiful door panels that I want add to my add. Without pictures my add looks dumb.

What color door panels? I am thinking of replacing my red ones, with red, that don't have speaker holes cut into them.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Others are having the same problem.

First - please don't post the same question in three different threads.

Second, be patient. This is a volunteer run forum. We don't have staff that are able to immediately deal with forum bugs.

Third, the "Help me" forum is for quick help with car problems, of which this is not. I've merged this post into the thread you started in the Website usage forum.

Last - if you have no link, enter 'none'. It should take that, IIRC.

And the other idiots are hard at work. I got 2 identical responces to my AD's, in Broken English, asking the condition of the item, etc, etc. you know the deal.

I just deleted it but it's pretty damn anoying

HUH?? In what way was this directed towards you Miles?

I'm talking about the Damn morons who respond to ads, from another country, offer $10,000 for a $200 part in the form of a casheirs check and tell me I can keep the rest. And someone or a service will pick up the part at an undisclosed location.

THOSE Idiots. So unless you're one of those, don't take it personal. It was Not aimed at you, AT ALL!! in any way shape or form.
