Z Car Dot Com Was Sold?

From what I can gather to a big company with very little specific interest in Z's beyond a way to make money from advertising.

I am looking forward to making this my first stop on the Z trail from now on.

Autoguide.com acquired ZCar.com. Don't know much else about it as I've not spent much time there of late. Here's a link to the thread that talks about it:

I like this site better anyway. While I've personally not really had an issue with zcar, the culture on that site is not to my liking. This site however I find welcoming and very mature.

While John hasn't been here much, he has done quite a job stirring up the hornet's nest over at Zcar.com. I was hoping he would make his presence felt here. Maybe Blue will make the jump, too.

John - Encourage him to come over here. He has too much information to go to waste.

And, of course, I was talking about the infamous Tony D. There is nothing like seeing him taking someone to school, even if that someone is me. He gives out a lot of great information to those willing to listen.

I've been a member there since about '99 or '2000 but don't post alot. Great site but all the new advertisements are a pain. Long live Tony D. !!!!

Just out of curiousity I clicked on the links for Datsun 240Z and 240Z Parts over at Zcar.com. The results were great as long as you weren't interested in 240Zs or 240Z parts.

And I have to agree with Todd. There is no need to call us mature. My wife will vouch for the fact that I should NEVER be labeled as such.

Unfortunately I have gradually weaned myself away from Zcar. One can only take so much bickering about using the search button and reprimands about the lack of proper use of the English language. It amuses me how tough people get over the internet!
