Jeff G 78 Posted February 27, 2011 Share #37 Posted February 27, 2011 Welcome Blue! Now that you and Tony are here along with comrade YORGO, I think I can officially retire from zc.c. It's been a good ride over there, but there really isn't any reason to check in anymore. BTW, why is Z E R O still posting over there?I agree that there is a ton of great information there. Too bad there is also a lot of misinformation in the archives.
H4LIGHTS Posted February 27, 2011 Author Share #38 Posted February 27, 2011 I was doing some P's & M's with Tony's son the other day about ZC.C . His comment put me back in perspective: "What do you expect John, It's the internet".I get it.I wish Derek and the others well, I'm hoping he kept a taste of the casino games, er, ad revenue skim over there.Hey, I gave up my space at a Sheryl Crow concert for his folks many years ago at The Grove. No biggie the guys I was running with that day had all access passes for us all so we went to another better location to enjoy our musical afternoon. erzelda Posted March 3, 2011 Share #39 Posted March 3, 2011 Tony D. -It's interesting you used the name "Lucifer" : in your sense and most people it's supposed to be another name for the devil. In the original Hebrew - Lucifer means =the bringer of light. Now consider - Tony D. has given more enlightement to those at Zcar than almost anyone esle next to Blue.So Tony - you are Lucifer.History Warning: the first matches were called Lucifers. Slow Match (for matchlock type firearms and muzzleloading cannon) could be lit with a lucifer to start it smoldering. The slow match was kept on a pike near the cannons and cannoneers would light their quick match (firecracker fuse) with the slow match.
