Hi Zcar lovers I have a 71 240Z, after 2 years of pure joy the fuel pump has just stopped.....

I have removed the pump and with a direct charge it pumps fine, the pressure is good.

I suspect that there is a fuse issue, however for love nor money i cannot find it. this might be a very stupid question but I have spent to long trying to solve this and i need to drive.

Please help!

This diagram shows the fuse as "inline". http://www.atlanticz.ca/zclub/techtips/wiringdiagrams/240z/1971_240z.gif

The 1971 FSM Supplement shows a 20A inline fuse right next to the fuse box, on the wiring diagram. On the green wire. You can get the Supplement on the xenons30 site.
