Have spent hours trying to find out what orig color was on my car. Firewall plate shows color as 153 but I cannot find that code anywhere. Any help would be appreciated.

There should be a sticker with your paint code number by the radiator.

If that's not the case, due to a respray or otherwise, I would imagine you can find a spot or two where the car is still the original color. Probably the easiest location to check would be around the spare tire and/or under the "floor" of the hatch area.

How would that help?? '153' isn't on that chart either......
