Hey All,

I know this might be a long shot but with all the wealth of knowledge here I was wondering if someone here might recognise the type of springs these are. I got these from a previous owner a few years back as some parts that he had. As you can see in the pic they are blue and intended for a 240z but there are no other markings on them. I can measure them tonight. I forgot to do it the other day that I dragged them out. Any ideas or is it impossible to tell?

Yeah I was thinking they might be MSA ones too as I know they used to have something similar to Arizona Z car springs with stock ride height but higher rates. Do you still have them to measure?

reduced confusion

I would like to have some detail also. I have the same on mine.

They seem to be shorter than stock spring when unload.

But once load, I was wondering if it would lower the car since the spring rate could be higher.....

Thanks to the person that could solve this mystery...:classic:

Hey All,

Sorry it took me a little while to get to this. Here are the measurements I have:

OD: 110mm

ID: 85mm

Heights (rear?): 11.5 inches / 292mm

Heights (front?): 11.0 inches / 280mm

Number of active springs: 8

I hope I measured these correctly, but am in no means a spring measuring expert. I would really love to know the rates if anyone can identify these springs.
