Anyone have any idea's as to why my guage lights are not working? I checked both the green/white and red/blue wires and both have power, tail lights and parking lights all come on, and bulbs are not blown. They were working about a week or so ago, and now nothing. I have a '77 280Z.

Check the two plugs that are just in front of the console on the passenger side of the trans tunnel. I forget which of the two that the gauge lights go through but it wouldn't hurt to check and clean both plugs.

Also, check the rheostat that controls the brightness.

Can anyone confirm these bulbs work in the gauges? I found a post on another site saying they were a good replacement.

Found my problem, red/blue wire was not properly grounded.

Yes, the Eiko A-72 works great. It's the only modern-day replacement that's available. There are no issues with the slightly higher wattage, and the fit is exactly like the OEM.
