I went to the Upload Photos link under the Photos menu choice, and all I saw was this:

Sorry, you don't have permission to upload photos.

I find that interesting, so everyone who posts pictures of naked women have permission ? But you can't post a pic of a Zcar, what gives.

Yes, and I found that I had run up against some limit to total attachments as well, so I can't attach relevent pictures to a post. At least I have a place where I can upload pictures and link to them.

Hi SteveJ, I think this is a permissions problem that I created when I was modifying groups the other week. Let me see if I can fix it.

SteveJ, can you try it again and let me know if it works? I just fixed the size limitation...

I was able to attach a picture to this post (I removed it before submitting), but the upload page still indicates that I only have about 2.5MB total space for attachements. If this is a firm limit, that may reduce the number of posts to the most popular thread on this board.

I still cannot upload files to my gallery.

Hi Steve, I just checked in the gallery and it appears the "Supporting Member" group was set to disallow uploads. It was a goof on my part because your usergroup changes when you donate to the club and I didn't have the permissions set correctly. Thanks for staying on this... can you give it a try again and upload now?

Mike, I swear those Supporting member permissions must get buggered by something periodically, maybe some sort of update? Seems like we find something on that out of whack 2-3 times per year.

I think you might be on to something, Arne. I ran an upgrade not too long ago which might have affected the permissions in the gallery.
