DjHoon90 Posted March 6, 2011 Share #1 Posted March 6, 2011 Hey everyoneI would love to know what you have done for your suspension setups in the high horsepower v8 Datsuns.
venus Posted May 29, 2011 Share #2 Posted May 29, 2011 (edited) I went with Tokico Illumina 5-way adjustable shocks, & Suspension Technique springs. The HP sways were already on it. Has an added bar on rear to stabilize torque. Edited May 29, 2011 by venus
Bigdeezs Posted May 7, 2012 Share #3 Posted May 7, 2012 Looks like an older thread but my 420whp LS6 Datsun had Tokico blues, coil over sleeves and 225f 250r 10" eibach springs. I tracked it and ran it through the canyons quite a bit and loved it. I recently just swapped to P30-0032 bilsteins with sectioned strut tubes and camber plates and it still feels great. My engine is lighter than the stock 2.8 that was in there so not sure how this translates for any heavier V8 swaps and how they manage extra weight if any. I would assume mainly heavier/stronger springs for starters.
