260C as donor car???

Hi again,

I have had a 1975 260c 4 dr auto for a number of years, but now I have the 240k COupe, I was wondering if I should sell the 260 (its been out of reg for 5 years) or keep it if I can use some parts in the coupe?

Engine is an obvious one (2.6 vs 2.4) it has A/C which my coupe does not...

Having said that, may be usefull for front struts? larger brakes etc??

any thoughts would be appreciated.

p.s the 260c was a one owner, deceased estae car that has "GENUINE" 75k on the clock, paint is a bit faded now...

I have a 1973 260c coupe and a 1976 240k coupe

no parts are interchangeable, except the engine and the GB

BTW the C is much stronger than the K and about 300 KG heavier

Keep the 260 if you have room, can't beat an original quirky old datto and seems like its in pretty good nick!
