What are a set of Libre 14's worth?

I have a set of 14" American Racing Libre wheels I'm thinking of selling. Three are Very nice and one has a few blems on the bead I think from a tread separation and the tire went down. Anyhow, what do you guys think these would be worth realistically? No pics as of now.

I only have three of the center caps that are original but need new center emblems, no biggie there as they easily peel off. I spent a little while polishing one of the wheels the other night and I was amazed at the results. Just need to get after the other three now...

Their value most likely has gone down since there is now a close knock off available from VTO Racing. Which is most often the case when this happens.

JohnnyT, I agree with that for sure. I know they are worth what somebody will pay for them and all that. I guess I should have asked what a reasonable starting point should be. I suppose I'll finish polishing them out and put them on CL and see where it goes

Hi guys , always like posts about Libre's . When I bought my 71 these where on the car . I love the look , although my teenage sons keep telling me to get with the times and buy some new wheels and tires . i suspect I will but i want to get another summer with this wheel set . Yes there are very few performance options , but I am leaning towards falken Azenies , they come in a 195 60 14 for a little over 110 $ Canadian a piece .

My libre's are the shelbys with all four center caps . I tumbled the caps in a rock tumbler that was filled with stainless steel pins and shot . The pits in the pot metal where almost completely removed and I then sprayed them with black chrome paint . In the direct sun the contrast between the caps and the graphite spokes looks great IMO . They will be sold next year and I hope I can get 6-700 with the azenies .

Thanx for reading

Chris
